I am the grandson of John Joseph FitzGerald from the aforementioned hamlet.He came to England in the twenties, but died in 1939 of t.b. There were quite a few brothers and sisters, one of which was Bridget known as "Bridie" who became a nun. If anybody has any info I would be blown away.
