In the Alexander Hamilton Library in Waynesboro, Franklin County, PA is the original military Discharge for Levi Fitz, Private in Capt. Hiram Starks' Company (C) of the 67th Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers. Levi enrolled 8 Dec 1864 (147 years ago today) and was discharged 14 Jul 1865 at Halls Hill, VA. He was 19 when he enlisted (making him born about 1845), was 5' 5" tall, had a fair complexion, grey eyes and dark hair, and was a farmer.
