There were two Peter Fites in NC at the same
time. The Peter Fite who is descended from Johannes Fite married Anna Barbary Summers.
The other Peter Fite b ca 1769 Rowan Co NC m
Barbara Hedenger. This Peter is descended
from Peter Fite b ca 1725 Germany and his wife Eve.
