Would like to find the parents of Andrew Colwell Fite b Jul 1836 NC m Mary Adeline Essex b Oct 1845 IL. Children were:
Frederick b 1864 ID
Alexander Stephen b 1867 OR
Harry Harvey b 1869 CA
Andrew b 1870 CA
Junietta b 1873 CA
Laura b 1877 CA
Clay Taylor b 1879 CA

I found Andrew in the 1860 Calaveras Co CA census, 1870 Tehama Co CA, 1880 Shasta Co CA, 1900 Shasta Co.

I would think that he is descended from either Peter Fite of Rowan Co NC or Johannes.
