My name is Harold Molt and I was adopted. My true Fathers name was Vencent E. Crose. The name was changed in the late 1800s to Crose from Crouse, I belive hide the disgrace of Indian blood.
There was a Frank Senaca Crouse that died in Poughkeepsie New York 8/6/1872 but as an Indian he was not a legal citizen until 1924 so no recored was kept of his past or family gen. please help if you can at Molt,Harold@IHS.GOV or call 415-431-6323 and ask for Harold
