Hi Stacey,
Let's correspond on the Fites. Which Peter Terrell Fite are you referring to. Assuming you are referring to P. T. Fite, b. 1808. Don't know much about him, but love to know more. Peter died 1809 and is buried in Frentress Co., Tennessee. His wife, Elizabeth Matthews was the mother of John Calvin Fite.
His son, John Calvin Fite, holds a lot of my interest, he was married three times. His first wife a direct ancester was Isabella Jane Burford. John and Isabella Fite named their son Peter Terrell Fite. Have gathered a lot on this family.
