The name Parshall/Porshall Harrison Fite is in the "The History of the Carlock Family and Adventure of Pioneer Americans" which was written in 1929 by Marion Pomeroy Carlock.

He is listed as the son of Nancy Carlock (b: 3/30/1801 in Overton Co. TN) and Peter Fite.

Apparently Parshall went to TX about 1874 with his family. The author of the book couldn't find any records on them after that.
