I found Charles N. Thompson and wife Cornelia Fiske Thompson living in Jacksonville Precinct, Morgan County, Illinois in the 1910 and 1920 census. Probably they are also there on the 1930 census, which I don't have access to. they were living on West State St. with their Daughter Emma and her husband Harry Brady.
Charles died there June 25 1932 (he was born in Canada) Cornelia lived to be about 96 and died there Apr 28 1942.Charles and Cornelia had 5 children, but 2 must have died young or left the nest early, I only find emma, charles and William with them in the census. I don't know what happened to Charles and William. they were living, but i don't know where. emma and harry are still alive in the 1920 census as is their 18 year old son Harry Thompson Brady and all appear to live on State St. in the same town yet. If I remember, Harry (Sr) is a retail hardware merchant and I beleive Charles was dry good merchant or visa versa
