conflicting data

Okay, I have a quandry. Trying to find parents for Samuel Fisk, born in 1757, in Connecticut. He died in Tioga, County, Pennsylvania after 1850. He was shown as 93 in the 1850 census for that county, so the birthdate should be correct. I found in the Stratford, Connecticut vital records, a Samuel Fisk, born Oct. 9, 1757, to a Samuel Fisk Junior (or II), and Hannah Judson. There is also a marriage record in 1791 for Samuel Fisk Jr. and Hannah Judson. Where it gets complicated, is that I cannot find parents for Samuel Jr. There appears to be only one Hannah Judson that was married that year in Stratford. Other Stratford, Connecticut vital records show her marrying Samuel Whitney in 1751, and they also had a son, Samuel, born in 1757. Now I'm totally confused!
