I have transcribed the will of Ezra Fisk (born 1778 Saratoga County, New York, died 1831, Palmyra, Wayne County, New York).
The transcription is attached to my Fiske/Dutton Tree on Ancestry.
I have also transcribed 14 other documents associated with the probate of the will. These should become available through the County Historian, Wayne County, New York.
An interesting item from the probate is that Lydia Annable, wife of Ezra, remarried within several months of Ezra's passing. She married Isaiah Wheeler, who was the ax man on the survey of the estate.
The will includes the names of Ezra's children.
I hope this is of interest to those following this line.
