Linda, The material I have is a copy of a letter written to a Eloise Fisher?from someone who is sending her material about the Fishers. In the letter the person states that all ehe older ones came from Germany She tells of George and Salley Hauges' children. the first 4 boys were killed in the Confererate army.George was the 11th. child the baby boy. No dates were given on the others But George was born in 1846 so all the others were older.one of the older ones could have been born in 1835. She is telling about this family George and Sarah France (Slayton/Stayton)Fisher. There first son was William Alexander Fisher. Bye the way there was a few Ohio towns mentioned such as Kettering Oh.& Dayton,Oh. there are dates of birth, marriages, deaths and names of bride and grooms.
If you would like to let me know just who you are looking for I'll see if they are on here. Also I have tons of Fishers from all over the country, that is not my line and I might be able to run across something sometime and I'll send it to you. I've been gathering Fishers for about 34 yrs. Now.
Marcella
