Ok Dale, here is the scoop!
I just knewhad to connect, somehow.
Your Margie Isabelle Fisher's maiden name was MITCHELL.
She was a sister to my great-grandmother.
As I said earlier, she was named after her mother and grandmother.
She was a daughter of John Mitchell and Isabelle(a) Meek.
Isabella's mother was Margery McMains Meek.
Margerymarried William A. Fisher, who was a brother to my great-grandfather Elijah Fisher, and to Elisha and Nathan Fisher. ( some double cousins here) In other words, the three Fisher brothers, Elijah, Elisha, and Nathan all married Mitchell sisters.
I did not have a list of her children with William,,,,so I am trying now to figure out how the information you have fits in.
Evidently William died, and then she married Milford Bridges.I also do not have a list of any children she may have had with him.
But, Nathan Fisher, was born in 1841.......my dad remembers him quite well.He first married a woman by the last name of SIEBERTS, and then he married ELIZABETH ANDERSON, who had previously been married to ALBERT O. ROSS.
If you want more information on this family, and of the ancestery of Margery Mitchell Fisher, just e-mail me at:
