Hi Kathleen,

Sorry it took 2 years to reply. Geneology is slooooow.
I am sorry to say I have no Starr in my background at this time. I do not have any Fish family members born in Ohio either.
My lineage seemed to have come from Pennsylvania and went to Iowa with not many stops in between. Though from 1890's Iowa they spread to Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska and possibly Missouri.
