I am trying to follow back my lineage to England if possible. My grandfather (Charles Elliott) and great grandfather (Cephus) were born in Massachusetts. My father tells me our ancestors did not come over on the Mayflower but the next ship (I have no verification on that info). It seems that there was a Nathaniel Fish (also from Massachusetts) -- possibly from Sandwich. Can anyone help me get on track? Thanks!!
