There was a Lavina Fish of Ohio County VA [Marshall County WV] who was married to Samuel Pearson but was widowed on or prior to 1836. I have not followed this Lavina further. She was the daughter of Benjamin and Mary [Riggs] Fish and a birth date of 1807 is compatible.
Benjamin was born about 1770 and was one of the early settlers in the Moundsville WV region arriving there in 1792. He married Mary Riggs,born 1774,the oldest daughter of Jeremiah and Mary [Masters] Riggs of Washington Co PA.
