Hi Terry, I’ll be in Wakefield Library on Saturday and they have the Castleford Parish Church marriages transcribed and indexed in a booklet for the years 1813 – 1837. I’ll have a look and see if I can see George Firth & Mary. Have you seen the following though, on the IGI?
Bap of a George Firth 19 April 1799, Castleford, of Richard & Mary Firth
Mar of a George Firth & Mary Gray, 18 Feb 1821, Pocklington, Yorkshire.
Bap of an Ann Firth 30 Oct 1831, Castleford of George & Mary Firth.
