Hi Brian,
The only thing that I have been able to track down is that I believe that the Jane Black sailed from Limerick.I have no records. Most of the information I have such as the ship is from a write up on the occasion of my ggrandfather's golden wedding.Records were not started prior to 1865 in Canada.I might still be able to see if any newspapers in Quebec have when the ships came in.I know they landed in Quebec.
I was hoping for a little more information when I got the date of their marriage in 1834 but the writing was apparently very hard to read according to the parish priest in Ballylongford. They were married on Jan. 28,1834 that is my gggrandparents.Sorry I can't be of more help.I feel I have hit a brick wall at times.Bye for now.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.Ann-Marie
