Can anyone tell me about a James Anderson(?) Finney that married a Sarah J. Pauley (I have no proof)? Information I've seen is that they were married 2 Jan. 1873 in Wythe Co., VA.. James A. was born abt. 1853 and Sarah was born in 1850 in Wythe Co., VA. They had a child Anne/Annie Bell Finney/Finnie, b. abt. 1873 in Wythe Co.. Sarah J. (Pauley) Finney supposedly then married a Joseph K. Lanter abt. 1880. What happened to James Anderson Finney? And, Annie Bell Finney? I really don't know anything about the Finneys. Sarah Jane Pauley was a sister to my great grandfather, Robert Wenten Pauley. I would just like to know what became of James and daughter Annie Bell.
