John Finlay mid 1800's PEI Canada

Looking for info on a John Finley who imigrated to Prince Edward Island, Canada in the mid 1800's from the north of Ireland. His wife's name was Mary O'Mara. Mary had a child Mary Ann. Mary died while giving birth to her. John Mary Ann's father also died the same day, so Mary Ann was brought up by her uncle Owen Finley. Would love any info on this family be it from P.E.I or Ireland.
