Hi Nancy,

Classical seroposite erosive polyarthritis is quite correct.
Rheumatoid arthritis in Finnish is ´nivelreuma´
Ankylosing spondylitis is ´selkärankareuma´
Spondylarthropatia is ´tulehduksellinen nivelsairaus´
