Okay, finished with my exams- had a chance to look up some names- the trouble is, there are alot of Leppanen's, Maki's, and believe it or not, Liikala's. The second problem is, they are from the early 1800's, dating back to 1600's, so this is a generation from the "link" that you need to make the final connection. (This is a Finnish genealogical and historical book I'm looking at) My thoughts are, if you can get the parent's names, I might be able to get further, unless you think you may have found some other clues as to who they are. I'll be waiting for your reply, book in hand, and see if there aren't any connections. I'm sure there are. These names circulate around the the town name(s) in which you gave. I hope this pans out for you, I would really like to see a success story!
