Kuolleeksi julistaminen
Väestötietojärjestelmään merkitään tieto henkilön kuolleeksi julistamisesta.
Maistraatit lähettävät viralliselle syyttäjälle vuosittain luettelot yli 90-vuotiaista, joiden elossa olemisesta ei viimeisenä viitenä vuotena ole saatu tietoja. Viralliset syyttäjät panevat hakemukset kuolleeksi julistamisesta vireille tuomioistuimissa.
According to Finnish population register information page local magistrates send yearly to local prosecutora list of all people over 90
years of age , which havent seen or heard fo the last 5 years and this list is announced in Finland Official Newspaper 30 days. If anybody doesnt contact these persons are later denounced by the court.
This has to be done because otherwise those peoples brother sisters or other relatives dont get their heritage from their parents or relatives.
In early days often happened so thjat people who went to America were in Finland "death" but actually they lived happy old age life in Florida or California.
