Yes, you are on the right track.
First, here is a list of villages and farms of Haukipudas. There is a village called Pudas.

Then, here is Carin's family in Haukipudas. Carin was born 12th February 1808. There is a comment after Carin: "Till UleƄborg 1826". It means that she moved to Oulu in 1826.

In the link you gave, Oulu rippikirja 1844-1850 kuva 158, Caisa's birth date is the same as Carin's. There also stands, that she came from Liminka to Oulu in 1833. The comments after her seem to be about her daughter, who was born outside marriage. I could also read the word Kaukola, but I don't know what it means.
The names Caisa, Catharina, Carin are all synonymic to each others. Caisa or even Kaisa is a Finnish form of Carin or Catharina.
