Looking further at my Finklea data base, I have found your ancestor listed. I have the name you list as Tillie Irene as C. Tillie as her name was shown as C. T. on the 1900 Census & as tillie on the 1910 Census I had shown it as C. Tillie. I thought the "C" probably was one of her mother's names. I have her mother as Clara Ceclia Scott. But no doubt this is the same family. I can help you quite a bit with this Finklea line.
