Im looking for a Annie E Jacobs, she was the daughter of Henry and Orpha Jacobs Born in 1866 in Lycomings ,Pa. She married an Offord and in the 1920 pa census of galeton ,Pa ,in the newspaper archives it list her as a Fingas/Finglas also, she would have been some relation to a Orrin Holden in 1928,as his obituary listed her with her brother Jamin Jacobs
