Searching for information on Vinet Benton & Lusia Fine, son of Abraham and Cynthia Harper (Hopkins) Fine. In 1862 he married Lusia A. (Mc)Williams in Lincoln Co., MO. Their children appear on the 1880 Shasta County, CA census with her parents, James Preston and Eliza Jane (McCoy)McWilliams, formerly of Warren, MO. Their children were Preston Fine and Elizabeth Fine ages 10 and 12 in 1880.
Thus both Vinet and Lusia had died between 1870 and 1880. A Susan (Fine) Martin b.1864--possibly their eldest child-- died in Shasta,CA in 1955.
