Hi Alison
The William born in 1796 in Larling was definitely married to Susanna Duffield. I've checked the baptism records for their children and have found a couple more. The details are:
David baptised 22 Sept 1811 Old Buckenham
Maria baptised 10 January 1813 Old Buckenham
Susanna baptised 20 February 1814 Old Buckenham
Elizabeth born 29 January 1817, baptised 11 May 1817 Old Buckenham
Sarah born 9 Sept 1818, baptised 1 Nov 1818 Old Buckenham
William baptised 27 Sept 1820 Banham
I know that the 1841 census shows three of the children as being the same age, but is notoriously inaccurate as regards ages, and the baptism records above are the accurate records.
Susanna died before 1841.
As regards Mary Fincham I haven't found anything so far, but next time I go to the Record Offce I will check the original Larling registers and see if they are any help.
Yes, I am a Fincham descendant, and so far I have traced my family tree back to Christopher Fincham in the middle of the 16th Century.
