Hi my Grandfather was born in Great Tey Essex 1800. My father was also John Fincham, he was born in Bengal East India in the 1840's.I hope this is of some help to you. I too am searching for my ancestors, I was taken away from my parents in 1940 because of the war and never knew them. I am new at this so maybe with this info you may be able to help me?
