I am also tracing the Finchams of Rappahannock/Culpeper Co., VA. My wife's line comes from William Fincham (b ~1778) and Betty (McAlister) Fincham (b ~1788). Their childrens names are as follows: William, Jr., Joseph, Robert, Jane, Patrick, Judith, James, and Miss Fincham. I have quite a bit of information on this line, hope there is a connection. let me know one way or another.
