Biographical record of Henry Finch of Sidney, Delaware County, Ny, Born June 22, 1823 Greene Co, Ny son of Jonas Finch(of Greene County)and Harriett (Leonard) (of Dutchess county) Jonas moved to Delaware County 1833. His father Amos served in the Revolution,. and lived to the age of 9? years
Jonas was father of 11 children. Surviving at time of article - Harriet, widow of Alexander Bryan, residing East Sydney, William and Jones in Masonville, John in Tennessee, and amos in sydney Centre. Jonas died at age 73, his wife at age 81
