I have no idea where William H. Finch was born, however he died and is buried in Cleveland Co., OK. I'm assuming Ernest Fredrick Finch was born in the same county since he was just 6 months old when William died there.
Sorry I don't have more info, but it's been really hard finding anything on this family, possibly because they all died so young, but I'd love to find a clue about where William was born and more on his family.
