I am trying to find out if Elizabeth Finch b. abt 1720 in CT became the wife of Lavinus Anson Sr after she took him to court on a paternity charge. Believe the case was heard in the NY court system.

A child (Lavinus Anson Jr) was born shortly after this court appearance. If there was the marriage between these two, who was Elizabeth Finch. Who were her parents. I know the Finch family and the Anson/Austin family had intermarried before. Please help
