I am looking for information on James Finch who was known as "The Fattest Man in the World" sometimes in the 1920's.
He lived in Lula, GA with his Mother Rose Whitaker and step-Father Henry Whitaker. He was listed as 6 years old in 1910 and 16 yrs in 1920 Census in Hall County GA. Some say he died in NY and some say he died in OH. I need to have a birth date and a death date in order to place a marker on his grave. He was African American. Some remember his body being brought back to Lula by train but can not remember the year. I have narrowed it down to 1929-1931.
