I have a very similar problem as to you. My Great Grandfather was named John Finch And Married to a Anna and they sailded over from England to Canada and Then to Seattle Wa .
I too have no records of his birth Certificate or who And what are the names of his parents. Please contact me back . You are the first who I have related this closely with.
