Polycystic Kidneys in Finch family?

In my husband's family polycystic kidney show up quite regular. We believe it comes from the 2nd great-grandparents: Nathaniel Finch and wife Elvira(Alvira)Hubbard. Are there others in the Finch family having this problem show up? At this time do not know the names of Elvira(Alvira)'s parents. Nathaniel Finches parents: Moses and Sarah(Beanon) Finch. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Charlotte
