Will of William Fincannon of Burke County, NC

Looking for the Will of William Fincannon of Burke County, NC. Most agree on his date of birth (1755), but the agreement stops there. There appear to be two camps, or two individuals named William Fincannon who are being confused as one. One camp claims William died in 1818 of typhoid fever, and was the first person buried at Sardis Church cemetary in Hudson, NC. He is listed as the son of John Fincannon, and the father of Elijah, John, Thomas, and Athan, who migrated to Cherokee County, AL between 1836-1848. Others claim that William died around 1831 (burial location unknown), was the son of John, and fathered Isaac, Peter, and William, Jr. Could these men be one in the same? The mother of Elijah, John, Thomas, and Athan is listed as Keziah Murray.

The Will would obviously help settle this. If you have access to the Will, please email me at r.aycock@comcast.net. Thanks!
