In the name of God, Amen, I JOHN FILLYAW of Craven County of North Carolina, being weake in bodey butt of sound and perfect mind & memory thenkes be to God for itt Therefore knowing the unsartitey of thisz Life &the Cartinty of Death Doe therefore make this my Lastt Will & Testamentt Revoking & disanulling all former & other Wills by heare a fore maid I Doe ordain this to be my Lastt Will and Testamentt in maner and forme folowing firstt I Resign my soull to God thatt gave it & my bodey to the Earth frome Whence it was taken hoping for a Joyfull Resurection att the Last day through the merets and satisfaxion of Jasus Christt my mostt blesed saucoiur? and Redemour has Touching the Wordl... Estate it hath pleased the allmightey God to bestow upon me I give devise and bequeau(?)e in maner and forme foling

NICHOLAS WOLFE concurring.Evidences thereto, according to Law.And JEAN FILLIAW Executrix to the said Will appeared at the same time & took the Oath appointed by Law for her Qualification.
Ordered that the Secretary have Notice thereof that Srs. Testamentary issue accordingly.
