Esther Filkins was the daughter of Mary Hubbard and John Filkins. Mary Hubbard was born about 1733 the daughter of Abraham Hubbard and Abigail Rose. (See p. 265 of One thousand years of Hubbard History by Edward Warren Day. pub. in 1895)

Esther and Israel Ferguson had Abraham, Howland, Hannah, Daniel, Betsy, Sally, Mariah - maybe a couple more.

I come from Mariah, b. May 25. 1805 who married William Gray from England in the Dutch Reformed Church in Rennsaelar Co. and moved to Michigan in the late 1830s.
