Jacobus /James Filkin/Filkins and his sons David, Isaac, John, Nathaniel and Abraham were in Scipio,Cayuga at least by 1810. I haven't traced the others, but Isaac and a John P. are in Scipio in 1820. By 1830 my GG grandfather Nelson was in Ledyard,Cayuga, as was an Isaac, who fits with the son of Jacobus and whom I believe was Nelson's father. By 1840 Isaac and Nelson had moved to Seneca. I've seen postings that Jacobus' son John had a son Solomon, but I have no proof of that. Hope this helps you.
