Hi Cora,
I found the items below in the newspaper today. Didn't know if you already had the one about Godfrey or not but it will give you an estimate for his dod. That was the only item to come up. Hope it helps.
It seems that Sarah E (La Grange) Fiddler was ?married? before as she had a son Charles E Klock. I found his obit today(see below). I've been hunting for Charles' parents for years!!

L. Waterbury Post turned out to the funeral of their late comrade, Godfrey Fiddler of Mallory, Saturday afternoon. Although a very stormy day, the was a large attendance.

Charles E. Klock, 45 years old, died this morning at No. 3 the Dillon. He is survived by his widow and his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Addison Fiddler. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
