HI I have seen Fickas, Ficus, Fickus, and Fix all various spellings for the same family so there very well could be a connection with your Fiscus. My Fickas ancestors came from York Co PA and settled in Henderson Co KY. They also lived across the Ohio river in Warrick Co IN and Vanderburg Co IN. The farthest back I have gotten is Jost Fickas who was married to Johanna Regina Baier in York co PA in the 1700's. If this is a line you are working on I would love to share info with you. Thanks Cyndy
