FEWLESS Cousins in Michigan

William FEWLASS (1739-1801) married Jane Vicarman JOHNSON on 14 April 1776 in Humbleton, Hull, Yorkshire, England. They had two sons: John Vicarman FEWLASS and Robert FEWLASS.

John Vicarman FEWLASS (b. 1775) married Milcah IRELAND on 23 April 1804. Two of their sons came to America. They were Isaac FEWLASS (1807-1888) and William FEWLASS (1811-1881). Isaac eventually settled in Ashton, Lincoln Twp, Osceola Co, Michigan. William FEWLASS settled in Delta Twp, Fulton Co, Ohio.

Robert FEWLASS (1776-1849) married Hannah IRELAND. Three of their nine children immigrated to Michigan. William FEWLASS (1800-1871) married married Anne ROBINSON. They settled in Putnam Twp, Livingston Co, Michigan. George FEWLASS (1805-?) settled in Ontario Co, New York. John FEWLASS (1809-1870) married Mary MURRSELL of Maine. They settled in Marion Twp, livingston Co, Michigan. James FEWLASS (1821-1899) married Luanna JONES. They settled in Iosco Twp, Livingston Co, Michigan.

I have some information on all these families if anyone is interested. George FEWLASS' descendants spell their name FEWLESS. Two of Isaac FEWLASS' grandsons' descendants also spell the name as FEWLESS.
