William,

G. T. Fewell is Grandison Theodore Fewell, b. York Co., S.C., m. to Eugenia Rosalina Reese. My dates of birth and marriage for them, and all details about her, are taken from Internet sources and agree within a few days of the dates given by Elizabeth in her reply to your posting.

So far as I can tell, G. T. is the tenth of about twelve children born to William F. Fewell and Parthenia Hogue Fewell. Generally speaking, after their mother died in 1854, the older children remained in N.C. and S.C., and the younger children moved to Pulaski and Saline Cos., Ark. (some later moved to north Tex.), and a couple of the sons went to Miss. I have found most, but not all of the children, and I am glad to know where this family is buried. In the 1880 Census, they are listed in Pct. 3, Williamson Co., Tex., p. 478c., with four children.

I am glad to share information, if you wish. All the best in your research.

Mark
