Here is what I could find on your William Few (from Florence Fruth's book):
William Few b/1813 d/1878
m/Mary Box b/1817 d/1880
children: James Few b/1843 m/Sara J. ?
Washington Few b/?
Amanda Few b/? m/ J.W.Baker
Rebecca Few b/1850 m/William Pitts Clarke

I don't know if this will help you. There were some mistakes in Florence's book which she was in the process of amending at the time of her death.
