UK descendents of Richard Few, Market Lavington, Wiltshire

When Richard Few emigrated from Market Lavington, Wiltshire, England to Chester County, PA around 1681-82, he left behind 5 or 6 children. I've been searching for clues to find his descendents who might still live in Wiltshire County. Can anyone help?
