hello beauregal: re Phillip Fetterly born 1755

According to our records, there was a Phillip Fetterly who apparently left the Albany NY area and settled near Osnabrouck Ontario, Canada in Stormont County or somewhere in the vacinity of Stormont and two adjacent counties. There is an association later to the Loucks family and my Great Grandparents Martin and Mary Jean were buried in the Louck's cemetary in the late 1800's. Martin was born on or near 1815. We are not sure of their country of origen but its either Holland or Germany with the Holland connection the more likely. What is your connection?
