I am trying to find out who this Laura Fetter is. Does anyone have any information on her?

I, C.F. Myers, Register, for the Probate of Wills, and granting Letters of Administration, in and for the County of Lancaster, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
To: Annie M. Hershey of Lancaster City
Whereas, Laura L. FETTER of Lancaster City died October 24, 1870.
It states:
Know all Men by these Presents, That we Annie M. Hershey Admistx Henry Hershey and A.A. Herr all of Lancaster are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars to be paid to the said Commonwealth for the use of all parties interested in the estate of Laura S. Fetter late of Lancaster City deceased, to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally, for and in the whole, our heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the 21 day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety. (11-21-1890)
It was sealed and delivered in the presence of C. Flyers, Annie M. Hershey, Henry Hershey, and Alan A. Hemp (?)
