As it's so long since you posted your message, you may by now have traced more of your Fethon family tree, but in case you haven't I have some info. Your gt, gt grandfather was also my gt, gt grandfather - I'm descended from his eldest son John. I've discovered that both John (b abt 1827) and his wife Anne (I didn't know her maiden name) died in the Sculcoates, Hull workhouse.
Do get in touch if you'd like to so that we can compare notes (I think we must be 3rd cousins!)
