I don't know if I have corresponded with you before, I try to send what I find to Leslie Oldham. I have heard about your book, but have yet to see it. I'll check at the local FHC. I have only been doing this for a few years, so I don't have much but I will send what I DO have to you.

I'm trying to find a William Fetheringill who married a Lehew girl (don't know her name) and died before her father in 1812 in Wythe Co., VA. We have no clue if they had children, where they went, etc. William's brother David sold land to George Featheringill in Shenandoah county, VA in 1785

I bought the Frederick County, VA tax lists from 1782-1802 and found off and on a William 1784-1794, John 1782-1802, George 1784-1797. I didn't buy Shenandaoh. I did find a William in Wythe in 1800 (they have a couple for free.)

have you run into any Featheringill/ales in Wythe county, VA?
