Hi the person you may be refering to that could have been in belgium in 1945 out of the Saint Paul Minnesota area may be my Father Herman S. Fessler. He was in the Army Airforce from 1944 to to 1946 I have every mission he ever flew documented and if you can give me a timeline I may be able to connect it together. He lived in Minnesota most of his life with periodic stays in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
